Delete your Daber account

How to request deletion

• In the Android or iPhone app, or on daberhebrew.com. Sign in, open your profile, and choose Delete account.
• By email. If you cannot sign in, email support@daberhebrew.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.

A request made in the app or on the website stops a Stripe or Google Play membership from renewing right away.

Deleting your Daber account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel it in the App Store so you are not billed again.

What is deleted

• Your account details: name, email address, time zone, and preferences.
• Your conversations and recordings.
• Your learning progress and the items you saved for practice.
• The feedback you sent us.

What is kept

• Billing records without personal details: the plan, status, and dates of past memberships.
• Transaction records held by our payment processors, Stripe, Google Play, and the App Store, under their own policies.

When it happens

If you have a paid membership, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your account is deleted after that. Otherwise your account is deleted within 30 days. To delete it sooner, or to keep your account after requesting deletion, email support@daberhebrew.com.
